Cannot hear caller and caller cannot hear me when making a call via Bluetooth

Tengo un problema, con mi celular, Al hacer una llamada a través de Bluetooth, no escucho nada, ni me escuchan. Reinicie mi celular y se escucha por un momento, se escucha como interferencia, y luego no se escucha nada. Al escuchar música esta todo normal, Pero cuando igual conecto Bluetooth con un dispositivo en mi carro, no se escucha, se corta el audio y ya luego nada.

Is your microphone being used by other apps maybe try checking and if so do not give permission and see if you can hear better . It could be your Bluetooth headphones as well. Try using another headset ? Otra apps usar tu microphono?

¿El interruptor de audio está encendido y los auriculares están conectados a la cuenta de Google que usa tu teléfono?

I had the same problem for months now. But yesterday I uninstalled the Smartthings app and turned off Bluetooth scanning . One of those two things fixed it for my S24 and now when I answer a phone call through Bluetooth people can actually hear me . Smart things has some Bluetooth settings that once uninstalled the settings get deleted as well. Hopefully this works for you.
