Earbud notification of incoming call

Hello, since last 2 updates notifications in bluetooth device is at 10x or faster and cannot understand what the message says.  Also phone calls are not ringing through to bluetooth device with ringer just dead sound in bluetooth device.  Please fix

Sorry, what kind of troubleshooting have you done? Anything at all? Please be specific. Also have you tried contacting Samsung Tech support?

Nothing beside remove and add again. this is my first attempt at finding solutions.

You might want to use Samsung earbuds. Also, see if you have a button on the side of Bluetooth to slow down the incoming info.

The ones I use have always worked just fine on this phone. Only prible. Since last 2 updates on phone.
