Echo/calls going in and out

Has anyone experienced feedback/echo while on a call when using the speaker phone. I get people telling me they hear an echo or that the call is going in and out while talking through speaker phone. I have a S21+ and have gone to T-Mobile a few times and they were no help at all.

I get that often if I have too many background apps open. Try closing all the background apps and see if that doesn't help.
