Galaxy S21Every time i try to download or update or even access the application page from the Galaxy store, it shows me the error message in the photo.
I communicated with email and live chat, and they gave me several solutions, i tried all of them
The solutions i tried:
Change the region to my local region.
Create a new account with a local SIM card.
Clear the data / cashes of the store and force stop it.
update downloading newer version of the store from web ( because i can't update from the app itself )
I tried every possible solution i can do.
When i tell that to them that there is no benefit of these solutions, they told me to upload an error report, and there i'm.
I hope you can help me

Galaxy S21Actually i bought the phone since 6 months maybe.
It was coming with android 12.
So i updated it one after one like in one or two weeks, but until i get android 14 there was no problems.
I had an account that it region at USA, but i couldn't sign in so i had to create new local account with local sim card.
Until now there was no problems.
When i was able to sign in to my american account and i did, the problem start to come, i tried to get back to my local account but the problem didn't go unfortunately.
So that's what's happened
