Hawaiian keyboard okina randomly vanishes.

I have a Hawaiian/English keyboard with an okina to the right of the "L" - SOMETIMES. And sometimes it's not there. How can I pin it to the keyboard so it's always available?

u add Hawaiian to your keyboard?

That must be a very small keyboard. The Hawaiian alphabet has only thirteen letters.
