I'm not getting any software updates, still stuck on Android 12

How do I get the software updates? I go to software update section in settings all the time and it says I'm up to date but I'm still on Android 12 and One UI is 4.0....

Yeah they said it was a Samsung thing

They gave the same run around. The carrier gets the update/upgrade. They test it internally, and when the update/upgrade passes their tests, it gets rolled out to those devices.

I don't know what that means or how to do it.

You'll have to study up on it. Basically, you'd download the firmware put the firmware in a flash utility like Odin, connect your phone in download mode to your pc via USB cable and then flash your phone through Odin.
