Low volume on Apple Music and Facebook videos, fine everywhere else?

Volume is low while playing music on Apple Music and while watching videos on Facebook. All other music and streaming apps play perfectly well. Do anyone have any idea what the problem is? Thank you!

Thanks everyone, but I fixed the issue myself. All I did was uninstalled both apps and I reinstalled them. Perfect!!!!😄
