Galaxy S21@keesa On your vehicle did you initiate the pairing process before looking for it from your phone?

Galaxy S21What year and what vehicle? First and 2nd generations may require a firmware update to recognize newer phone technology.

Galaxy S21@keesa I happen to have a 2010 Camaro. I've never had a problem with my phones detecting the car. Are you looking for "General Motors" to appear on you phone's Bluetooth search?
Does your phone connect to any other Bluetooth devices?

Galaxy S21@keesa Since your phone detects other devices, it sounds like your car is not in pairing mode. On the Camaro they make it more complicated than it needs to be to put it in pairing mode.
