Notifications Stay on Display for S21

 My S21 screen displays these messages forever (see bottom of photo). It also does does this when I save a photo or copy text. I have hesitantly dealt with it for a few years now. I just found out about this community. I have already gone into settings to see if I could fix it to no avail.

It appears to be the app you're using. Change it or disable it and it should stop

Unfortunately, this pic is just one instance. It also does this when I copy text or save a photo. 

As per your suggestion, how would I do that?
