S21 ultra won't respond to touch pad after booting from the update. The phone looks normal but won't work, I've tried side button amd volume down, side button and both volume up/down. Nothing seems to resolve the issue. Has anyone found a way to correct this issue?
I eventually got mine working by holding the volume & side buttons down, to force the phone to turn off (even though the volume buttons aren't working). Then start it back up again with the side button (as usual).
Once it started up and finished the update, the problem was resolved.
