Please help - Can i use Apple 20w charger with S21

I actually had iPhone so I bought the charger with it, now I'm planning to buy S21 just wanted to know whether it'll be useful for me or a waste of my money

as far i know the slower the better for long term battery life right?

No that's a complete myth actually.

And I'm not sure the time difference but I believe It can only utilize a max of 7.5w.

Get one that's compatible with super fast charging and PD

What if I'm okay with Normal charging time, I just want to be sure since the charger I mentioned is an Apple 20w charger so I don't want it to harm my new Galaxy s21 in any way, pretty sure it won't. i just need your opinion on this.

I mean that's up to you but I'd personally buy one because it'll probably take quite a few hours to charge. But no it can't harm the phone, it's just a regular USB-C charger.
