Just read post by another user with the same complaint. My camera will not open unless unlimited permission is given for access to nearby devices.
I have used Samsung phones for many years. I am extremely perturbed with the mandated permissions that cannot be denied on so many apps- whether or not I use the app (which cannot be uninstalled). At a minimum, why not allow "Only when using the app"? But perhaps that is a falsehood and does nothing to limit the permission.
My camera has been randomly turning on in the lower half of my screen which is why I checked the app permissions and then looked for advice. I turned it off in drop down menu which I hope is the solution.
