Samsung messaging sending replies before I have even read message

Three times now, last time 2 days ago, replies were "Okay" twice and "I'm not sure" once. This happened before I had even read or become aware of the original texts.

Is my phone possessed or have I been hacked in some way?

Same thing is happening to me and I also have the "quick responses" turned off.  Plus the replies aren't even in the quick responses options.
