Secure Folder doesn't download

Says if keeps happening contact customer service and I tried everything clear cache and data etc

When you say that Secure Folder won't download, do you mean an update from the Galaxy Store? If so, try clearing the Galaxy Stores app data by going to: Settings>Apps>Galaxy Store>Storage>Clear data.

Next, go back to the Galaxy Store and check for updates. The Secure Folder should now update/install.
