Secure folder not working

I just switched from an s20 ultra to and s21 ultra and secure folder won't work. I tried updating my phone and it still says: "If this keeps happening, contact Customer service"

Does anyone know how to fix it?

I tried the texting thing and they said to either upgrade or to take it to a samsung phone repair place
