Since this Android 13 deezer and bbc sounds won't play music properly

I noticed since this update deezer and bbc sounds won't play music properly, tunein, youtube music and other streaming music apps are fine. Tried rebooting phone (not resetting) and reinstalling apps no effect.
Can anyone help please

Try reaching out to the makers of these apps and see if they have an Android 13 update.  It sounds to me like the apps themselves do not support Android 13, yet.

What phone are you using that has android 13 bc my fold does not
