Trying to connect my bose ear buds to my phone and it's not working anyone have some advice or can help it would be appreciated 😊

Can you be more specific on how it's not working? Does it not show up on your Bluetooth list, it shows up fails to connect, it asks to use an app to connect, etc....

I'm not sure about Bose, but on some earbuds, the earbud charging case has to be open to pair with a phone. Something to check at least.
