Unable to clear my cache in my Bluetooth storage?

I'm trying to clear my Chace but it won't let me clear it for some reason

You can not clear system app caches. You'll need to reboot into recovery mode to clear out the phone's entire cache files.

Then how do you rest the Bluetooth

You'll have to do that by resetting network settings, thru the phones settings under General Management>>Reset>>Reset Network Settings.
