Hey there, I hope you're doing well. For Google account issues, you will have to contact Google support directly as Samsung does not have any way to assist with accounts from other companies.

Factory reset once your able to sign in to your Google and Samsung accounts . DO NOT SIGN OUT IF THEM THEY STAY SIGNED IN FOR GOOD
