How to get the Google Chrome bar on the home screen with the microphone and space to type

I can't seem to figure out how to get the Google Chrome bar on the home screen. I can't find it. I can get the Google widget but not the one that includes the microphone and the space to type. I thought I was deleting screenshots but apparently I was deleting my screens.

Widgets, hold down on home screen, go to widgets and add google, its called Space
