Unable to transfer loyalty cards in Wallet to new phone

I'm unable to transfer my loyalty cards here in UK from my old phone to my new one 

Can you please help.

Go to the memberships section of wallet, click on the + to add new card and then select import previously added memberships. If there are no cards showing to import, you may have to re add them manually.

This is the US Samsung Members board!

You need to use the board for the UK. What might be available in the US might not be available in the UK.
