Update keeps downloading

I just installed the latest update and now it is downloaded and asked to install twice more. Looks like it will keep it up. How do I fix this?

So the bottom line is it is installing new updates each time.  I can't find a version on the update screen so it looks to me like it's trying to re-install the same update.

For those who were successful, is anyone having the same issue that I saw yesterday, where the touch pad is no longer responding, including the answer button for phone calls.
