s21+ Callers can hear themselves talking

When someone calls me they hear themselves talking. I've had 4 people tell me this

You can try 'Reset mobile network settings' in Settings, then restart your device. .

If that doesn't resolve the issue, I would have you contacted your carrier for further assistance.

I can hear my self talk as well, I have a samsung galaxy s24 ultra. I hear it all the time.
