Avatar not displaying properly

Wasn't sure where to post this. I updated my avatar and it looks fine after the update but on the lists/messages it shows the upper left from what I can tell.

It looks fine on the nav bar.

Now it's also messed up on the profile. Ugh...

Yeah that's an issue I've had for years sorry but the only fix I know is to keep editing the picture until its centered that's why my pic is something that doesn't need to be centered I gave up on it.

That's pathetic on something so simple. I rigged a new one and I'm done. Already spent way too much time on something that should've taken a minute.

I've spent hours trying to get mine centered just for it to be no where close to being right after I've applied it
