Being able to draw on a photo

I simply want to draw on a photo. I use it to notated areas on my paintings that need correction. I don't need anything fancy but it seems it has disappeared between the Galaxy note 9 and the Galaxy S22 ultra.

You can also open the settings for your home screen and make sure that you don't have any hidden apps

It would be wonderful if the magnet from my case didn't stop my stylus from working near it.
