Bought new TMobile USA S22U screen glitches

I bought a new Samsung S22 Ultra from Best Buy, I setup and installed all the updates it required and all was good for most of the day. However in the evening it randomly started glitching , the screen would depict random horizontal blocks of pixelation when touched.

I would return that for another one. That looks like a defective screen or other hardware

So the phone is a deal thru T-Mobile or you bought the phone full price from best buy? Not sure of the former as talk to T-Mobile, but of the latter BB would have to cover that.

If you just got it and it cannot be resolved within a few days, demand an exchange or your money back.

could be a hardware issue... I haven't seen this issue being reported so seems to be specific to your device for the time being.

Since you note that it starts around the evening. I am guessing if it's related to the brightness adjustment or some type of display setting change based off of schedule or routine.

what is the model number of the phone and the software version running?

Im not dealing with a possible defective screen after only a few hours of ownership. I returned it today .
