Galaxy S22Hello,
- Deleted cookies and browsing data in Google Chrome
- Deleted cookies and browsing datain Samsung internet
- Uninstalled and reintalled the Vivint App
- Un-installed and reinstalled the website. Now accessing via Microsoft Edge..still does not allow me to log on
- Vivint support has had me "revoke" my profile and add myself back to the home panel. I then go and log on again and still get the same error message.

Galaxy S22Hi, I just had the same problem for weeks, same phone. Here's the fix: in Edge on your phone go to privacy and security settings. Scroll down and enable open third party apps, block is on by default I think. May have to clear cookies and app data again, but this worked for me instantly.

Galaxy S22Thanks for this solution. Using Chrome I deleted the items that you referred for clearing cookies and cache and enabled third party apps so they are not blocked. I am still not able to log in my Vivint Account or Vivint App.
