S22 Ultra screen went black and wouldn't turn on when I tried charging it with my laptop's USB-C charger. I removed the back panel and tried disconnecting and reconnected everything, and the phone turned back on, but the charging port stopped working. Now only wireless charging is working. I even tried replacing the USB board, but that didn't fix the issue. Are there any other possible solutions?

Pretty sure its clean inside, also as I mentioned. I replaced usb port with a new phone. But that didn't work either.

You likely shorted a fuse on the main board when removing the back and unplugging. Happens more than you'd think..

The new charge port , is it OEM Samsung or is it aftermarket? Samsung bricked touch input on aftermarket screen replacements with UI 6.1(6.1.1) so I'm sure they could have done a phone wide check for OEM parts and disables whatever isn't reporting itself as OEM. Just spit balling here but I'm leaning more towards you either shorted and blew a fuse or resistor. Can you try the same charge board on another phone? I see you later said you took it from a phone so idk the exact situation here.

It was an aftermarket USB Board I bought from Amazon. Maybe I can try to get OEM and see if that works.

My advice is to buy an OEM using PayPal or a subsidiary of it.
This way you're not stuck with an expensive charging board if it does not work
