Is it just me, or has anyone else ran into charging problems in the past week with their Galaxy S22 after the new UX updates? My phone has stopped charging properly and while plugged in, its battery level rises and falls while not in use. I watched it go from 98%, to 92%, up to 97%, plateau, and then drop to 94%. All while not being used. I tried fiddling with charging settings and got no fixes to the problem and this is bugging me because I already replaced my phone with this one through insurance just about three weeks ago.

Hey there! I can absolutely understand needing your phone to charge correctly! If you have tried different chargers and none of them are working correctly I would suggest having a certified technician take a look at the device!

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.

alot of people are having charging issues since last update recently. my s23 ultra always charged super fast 2.0 with the 45w charger and cable , and in now it only says fast charging but no longer super fast 2.0 and taking about 20 t0 30 min longer than before. i have looked all over internet , others have same issues, its frustrating, hope samsung fixes this bug soon, i even saw alot of brand new s24 ultra users with same issue, i cant imagine having a new amazing phone and it already has an issue.

How about a recall or a bug fix that way the expense, for what I see as a more than common problem could be addressed fully

If Samsung can break my phone with an update then they can fix my phone with an update. No there's nothing wrong with my cord or the receptacle on the phone. It is a software problem plain and simple that was delivered through a update.

Sounds to me like Samsung has found a way to get people to repair or replace their phones with this update.
