Samsung can you bring back the 'FORWARD CALL TO VOICEMAIL' feature. It used to be an option in the phone's 'Contact App' setting many years ago. This option allowed you to select contacts from phone's contact list and automatically forward their incoming calls to vm. It functions differently from 'BLOCK CALLER', because their numbers will never be blocked.

Thanks In aAvance!

The forwarding feature is not available on all devices, some Carriers have removed that function, please note that my phone is an s22 ultra unlocked phone on Verizon Wireless, and the supplemental service has been removed from my device and call forwarding is also not available Screenshot_20221031_172547_Call settings_1000000692_1667251547.jpgScreenshot_20221031_172554_Call settings_1000000693_1667251554.jpg

Thanks for the Feedback, for some reason the feature is available on some Carrier locked phones My s22 ultra unlocked phone is registered on Verizon Wireless and the phone feature is missing, but if I Login into my Verizon it shows an option to send calls directly to voicemail, hopefully, the feature will be added just like the new call screening feature that currently works in the Korean market but Samsung will be pushing out the feature for US devices soon

Not all S22 ultra devices have that feature available, some Carriers have removed that function, it is possible that your carrier has not removed the calling feature, my phone is an S22 ultra unlocked on Verizon wireless, and I don't have the supplement service Screenshot_20221031_172554_Call settings_1000000693_1667251554.jpgScreenshot_20221031_172547_Call settings_1000000692_1667251547.jpg

If you know your dedicated vmail phone number, set the Forwarding option to it.

Here's another option I do.
I have a Google Voice account ... if I don't want to be bothered with phone calls , I set Forward Calls to the GVoice number, which is set to go to vmail 👍

.
So even though your device "thinks" it's Unlocked, it's TRULY Locked to Verizon.

We bought all four of our phones (S21/S22) directly from Samsung as Unlocked .

We are on an MVNO carrier, using AT&T SIMs (we could have also chosen T-Mo SIMs) ... We do have the Forwarding feature, so our phones have no carrier alterations, hence truly Unlocked 🙂

My device is fully unlocked Verizon wireless has chosen to remove the feature , AT&T and t-mobile have not removed the feature, All calling features are based off sim card information and all my phones are directly from Samsung my Samsung fold 4 which is on a different carrier then Verizon has the supplemental phone feature, if you open the settings for your apps and then select show system applications you will see installed applications from your carrier
