Galaxy S22 trims video when sending no matter size

I need some help please. No matter long or short I video something, if I want to send it via email, text or Messenger, I always get a message saying Video too long and it automatically trims my video. How can I stop this? I have taken videos lasting over a minute, but when I send it on, it only shows maybe 15 seconds. Help please. How do I stop trimming?
