Getting multiple repeat notifications from multiple apps

Has anyone been getting repeat notifications on multiple apps since the official launch of the new software? I was not having this on beta, but multiple apps have been sending me the same notifications over and over and over even though I've acknowledged them. I have probably received the same "like" notification on a Facebook messenger message 20-25 times since Friday. It seems to be message related, not reminders, or calendar etc....

I've tried clearing cache and data on those apps that I'm experiencing it. I also went in my notification history and cleared all history. I'm HOPING I don't have to do a factory reset.

I have the S22 Ultra. The issue I am having is I constantly get the same notifications for different apps over and over, no matter how many times I read or cleared them. I've tried uninstalling, clearing the cache and date, and rebooting my phone. Nothing works, the old notifications I've read keep coming as if they are new messages. I believe this is a software issue with One UI 6.0

I have s22+, and my apps are going haywire after the last update this week. Push notification are repeating, apps like Facebook in app notifications keep showing read/unread or not updating, icons for apps, and in some apps blinking in and out between a basic icon and the actual icon. Scrolling and clicking os glitchy everywhere but especially on web browsers and the accuracy of pressing anything on the screen is way. Not the only issues but the most prominent. Are they aware they just bugged out millions of phones with this update?

Ohh jesus i really thought i was the only 1. Im like what the actual **bleep** is going on lol. Im glad i went to this app to check if new software update for hot fix or something was in works. But i had to turn off notifications cause same message keeps coming up

Hello,

One of my favorite weather apps has a ongoing notification (or persistent notification) feature that essential gives me a constant update in my notification bar. 

This appears to have broken in OneUI 6 or Android 14 for me. The notification can be swiped away and only shows back up when I return to the app. 

Anyone else have apps with persistent notifications? Same issue?

Yes, I am experiencing the same, but I am reading by beta testers this was intended behavior. A change to how the user experiences ongoing notifications. I am unsure of the veracity of this claim, but it is disappointing nonetheless. I hope this isn't and the bug is fixed going forward.

I have the one UI 6 non beta on my tab s9 plus and this is an issue as of me writing this.

Same exact issue on my 22ultra. And I have notification reminders turned off. It's super annoying!!!

I don't know if there were app updates to the affected apps, but whatever did it, I'm soooooo super thankful !!!!!
