How to change the time for Toast Messages to stay on screen?

I changed a setting in my phone that lengthens the time a toast message is on my screen. They last 10 seconds before fading away. I want to change it so it's default or a shorter length of time but I do not remember where the setting is in my phone. How do I do this?

Hi. Go to phone settings, accessibility, advanced settings, time to take action. You can set back to default timing from that.
