Membership cards wont transfer to samsung wallet

I had to replace my S22 Ultra for a third time, port thinks there is moisture in port and error wont' clear.

While performing phone to phone transfers, my membership cards in the samsung wallet won't move to new phone. 

MY CC and gift cards have transferred over, but the membership cards won't. I exported the file from the old phone and imported to the new phone and it did not work as well. I do not have access to over 22 physical membership cards anymore.
