Mic mode is not working for regular phone calls

Someone managed to turn on mic mode for regular calls, everything works for WhatsApp video calls, but for regular phone calls, it does not.

If the microphone is still not working correctly, then it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized service center.
