I gave up my Note9 for the S22 Ultra when I switched carriers and so far, I am very dissatisfied with the change. All of the features that allowed me to customize my Note 9 are not available on this S22. I mean simple things like customizing the backgrounds of my contacts text message page by picking photos from my gallery of that person. I had customized ring tones for some of my contacts, where is that feature on the S22 Ultra. And why do my text messages on this S22 are Ultra look like a jumbled mess. I'm sure Samsung has to know that this S22 Ultra is not an upgrade from my Note 9, but just in case they don't, let me inform you. Samsung, your S22 Ultra is an Ultra disappointment. I had the option to keep my Note 9 and if this S22 Ultra was free, I would give it back and replace it with my Note 9. Good this I didn't have to pay full price for it. In the meantime, do you think you can go back and find all of the Note 9 upgrades and release them to upgrade this S22 Ultra. It would be greatly appreciated.
If there were no changes made with any updates, I can guarantee you, that there would be a revolt amongst users saying that they don't want the same old same old all the time.
