I had the same issue with the recent update..now . Go to camera settings, advanced intelligence options and select medium..actually you can select maximum just turn off scene optimizer and you can have your motion photos again
Hey there, was your issue that you couldn't turn motion photo on? I am struggling with this. I just got an A15. Everything on youtube says it should show the symbol when I open camera but it doesn't. Also doesn't say anything in settings.
No my phone like others did an update and it turned off my motion photos off even though you see the play button there it won't activate it..I found the fix in optimizer and by turning it to the med .or lowest it would work
So I have an issue with my motion photos.. when I select a key image and save it, after that it is not allowing me to view the whole motion photo or edit the key image again. It is stuck on the original key image and I'm unable to see the rest of it to even take a still photo. The option to revert it is also gone .
