My device doesn't connect to my car 2013 Ford C-Max

My device can't find my car Bluetooth.

Is your car's Bluetooth on?

A family members 2013 Ford Escape used to connect fine then one day wouldn't connect anymore. After much troubleshooting I finally found out that it was Ford who removed the ability and it wasn't the phones fault at all.
