Go to Connections under Settings and go to Mobile Networks. Under Access Points Names, click the 3 dots in the right top corner and select Reset To Default.
Make sure your Network Operators is set to Select Automatically. You can toggle this off, then back on to reset it.
After you reset to Default, restart the phone.
