Galaxy S22I recently rebooted my phone, S22, since then there is no audio output at all, speakers nor when its connected to a bluetooth device. Any video that is played with sound is also being played with 1 frame every 5 seconds. Additionally when I try to change the volume it doesnt respond for some seconds and starts to be laggy. I rebooted multiple times, cleared my cashe and did a settings reset. Nothing helped

Galaxy S22Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can understand how frustrating it is for videos to be so laggy you get a frame every 5 seconds, and the volume lags as well. Thank you as well for outlining troubleshooting you have attempted.
First, check for third-party apps possibly interfering with device function through Safe mode. This won't work well if you are using a third-party app to watch videos that did not come pre-installed, but if you aren't, this guide will help: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/
If the video plays normally in Safe mode, then uninstall third-party apps until video playback is back to normal.
Last thing to try is a factory reset. Back up everything you can beforehand (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002780/) then perform the factory reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030/
If the above troubleshooting is not helpful, then submit an error report via Samsung Members: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
