No one can hear me on the phone through Samsung ear buds

I can hear the person on the other end crystal clear but they all say it sounds like I'm super muffled and they can't hear me. I've never been able to use my earbuds for calls because of this issue. Any solutions?

Hey there! I can certainly understand how important it is for your friends and family to be able to hear you clearly while you're on a phone call! 

If this is happening with multiple phone calls I would suggest having a certified technician take a look at the device.
