I spent a great deal of time individualizing my contacts text sounds so I'd know instantly who the texts were from.

They keep disappearing!! I go in and there's no set sound and i have to do them all over again. But not all contacts. It's so random which ones disappear and different contacts disappear at different times. And it happens all the time.

What is going on and how can i make them stay how i want??

Hello! I absolutely understand wanting your settings to stay set exactly how you want them! If you have already tried clearing the cache of your device

(With the device off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power keys.
When the device turns on and logo displays, release both keys.
Use the Volume keys to highlight wipe cache partition, then press the Power key.
Continue using the Volume and Power keys to confirm your choice if prompted.)

I would submit an error report for this by going to the Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.

Maybe just use one sound for all of them

I want to know who's texting me so I know if it's something I need to look at instantly or if it can wait.
