And I just got me a green Galaxy s22 ultra Friday green color, 1TB Storage memory and it's a nice phone and I was Blessed to have to do only 2 updates to get it up to date as far as the One UI 6.0 Android 14. I only had to update it starting from Security Patch of March 1, 1024 and now it had the April Security Patch Level of April 1, 2024
Hey @SamsungJoJo just to let you know having installed Galaxy Ai update it lasted for about an hour before my S22 Ultra has been stuck in multiple boot loops and crashing constantly as well as automatically switching off my phones wifi. I need this phone because I use authenticator to allow me access to email which allows me access to my work. If I cant use my phone its going to be difficult to do my work as a counsellor and support my clients. I really hope you can send out a fix real soon or im going to lose my job! Honestly im starting to really dread it when you release updates especially when this happens its happened with one of your previous updates too me before!
