I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra in Sept. 22. Thirteen months later I had no phone signal/service. I can only call when I'm on wifi. My service provider tried for several months to fix issue and I ended up sending it in to Samsung last week. They messaged me to tell me I have to pay over $400 to fix the cracked back of phone (which I dropped the 1st day I bought it) before they can fix the issue. I called and talked to tech support to tell them the back doesn't need fixed and the signal/antenna is the problem. Their software update issue needs fixed. It is dangerous to travel with no phone signal. If I have a minor accident, I can't call for help. I can't use GPS. I am paying a payment on a phone that does not work. The gentleman was very rude and when I asked for a supervisor, the guy hung up on me. Samsung customer service sucks sucks sucks. I will not buy another one again.

Same problem here (S22 Ultra) I have bought a S20 Ultra, S22 Ultra and a S23Ultra. I am now about to buy a S24 Ultra. If @samsung does not reach out and repair the issue with the antenna for at least the people in this discussion... I assure you my next purchase will be from a different company.
