Ever since the new 6.1 UI updates my wifes phone hasn't worked the same. We've tried every aspect to fix the issues by factory resetting, removing apps, talked to my provide several times to the point they told me they can no longer "touch" this phone. They've told me repeatedly that Samsung is aware of the issue and their only solution was to upgrade my phone to a 24. My phone worked perfectly until this update.
This is a factory/software program. My wife should not have to buy a new phone or pay a company to troubleshoot the issue when my phone worked perfectly before this update.
What is the fix for this since an update has rendered my wifes phone pretty much useless.
