In the past, the option to leave a group text was available. A programmer, in their ultimate wisdom, decided to do away with this option. This has taken away user's privacy. When are you going to address this issue?

When communicating with iPhone users in a group chat, you can't remove yourself because of MMS restrictions. Regular Android group chats, you can remove yourself, but for MMS, it's best to just delete the chat.

This is Android to Android. Deleting the chat does nothing. You can not leave a group chat in any way shape or form on Samsung.

If you and the participant have RCS then you can leave the group chat. If it is an MMS group chat then you cannot leave it.

This is a limitation with MMS and not a Samsung choice. iPhones can leave chats with iPhones because they are using a protocol similar to RCS.
