I have the s22 and my phone keeps freezing and being glitchy. After it freezes sometimes it will just fully power off and I cant get it back on for hours even trying to hard reset. Seems like it has a mind of its own currently given it turns off and on randomly

Galaxy S22Hello, Welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out. We can understand the frustration of the phone freezing and turning off.
Here are some steps that may help: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001440/
We are sorry to hear clearing the cache partition did not help.
Also try submitting feedback in the Members app. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
If the phone continues to freeze and power off, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated at an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers near you that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Galaxy S22Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

Galaxy S22Also, does this affect anything with how the users phone is set up?
Basically, to clear things up, the " wipe Cache Partition " does exactly what if you don't mind explaining a little more.
I also am still using my S22U, and when I clear the Cache on certain applications instead of it goes to "0" it says something like "66."
I also run into an issue when I'm watching YouTube, and for some reason, I go to look at the comments that say there's say 100+ and non show up. I don't download unverified apps or unnecessary ones, so I highly doubt it's a user error on my end.
Thank you very much for reading this thread and my post and the previous users. If you would or could suggest any suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated.
Take care, and thanks again.
