I have a S22 Ultra and use Att. I also have been having network issues for about two weeks. Phone updated today and I am having the same issue. I believe it's a Samsung issue since this app has multiple post about the same issue with different providers.
Same here with network issues that started in early June. June 17th I submitted an error report that they said they forwarded to the developers for further updates/evaluation. Haven't heard anything since and I have xfinity mobile so definitely a samsung issue with the phones. Was tempted to upgrade but thought would have the same issue possibly and no one should have to upgrade to a new phone when it's not our fault and is a Samsung issue.
