Galaxy S22Hey there! I can certainly understand needing your voicemail to work as it was designed.
I would suggest clearing the cache of the app by
Open Settings and select Apps.
Find the app you want to clear, select it, and tap Storage.
Tap Clear cache.
If you want to delete all the data connected to that app, tap Clear data and then OK.
If you've cleared the cache and you're still having the same trouble, next I would suggest reaching out to your carrier due to voicemail being a carrier feature.
You can also submit an error report by
Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports
