If you were going to post a picture of your kitty, in order to make it "related" to Samsung, you would have to post it in the creators' group and include such info as taken with <Samsung phone/camera model>.  If you didn't take the photo with a Samsung device, it's not related.  Even if content is not violent or prohibited, if it's not directly related to a Samsung product, it would be deemed as a violation of the terms of use.  This is not social media, it's a Samsung user forum.
